Our business is primarily focused and geared towards representing business and individual debtors in the Front Range of Colorado geographic area.  However, we can, have and will work with anyone around the country on a select basis.  We are not a mass market firm and in fact only handle a small number of clients at any given time.  The reason for this is simple.   We believe this type of business requires detailed attention to the situation by a seasoned credit professional.  There are a number of other firms who will of course take as many new clients as they can.  Consequently, we have heard many stories about inept representatives making the situation worse than it already is or even charging the debtor up to 1% of the debt per month  - whether they settle the debt or not!  In our view, this is simply outrageous.   What the business community needs to ask themselves is:   “What kind of attention to detail will these types of firms offer?”   “Does the person handling my case have any real experience in this field?”   “What kinds of fees make sense given the situation I’m in?”   At Accord Associates Denver, Ltd., we strive to do the very best work possible for our clients and never compromise the attention needed to do the job right.
